- 1. Approval of the minutes of the 46th Annual General Body meeting of IIM Baroda
- Chapter held on 03rd October 2021 at 05:00 PM via video conference by Hon. Secretary
- and its approval
- 2. Consideration of the 46th Annual Report of IIM Baroda Chapter (2021-2022) by Hon.
- Secretary and its approval
- 3. Presentation of the statement of accounts for 2021-2022 of IIM Baroda Chapter by
- Hon. Treasurer and its approval
- 4. Appointment of Auditors for the year 2022-23 and fix their remuneration.
- 5. Approval of office bearers and members of the Executive Committee for the year 2022-
- 2023
- 6. Plans of activities proposed for the year 2022-23 by Chairman
- 7. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
