Notice is hereby given that the 48th Annual General Body Meeting of IIM Baroda Chapter will be held
on 1st October 2023, Sunday at 10.30 AM at Vadodara ( address of Venue of AGM will be sent
separately by E Mail).
1. The nominations for new Executive Committee are invited from the members of the Chapter on
plain paper duly proposed and seconded by the members from the Chapter with their
membership number for 18(eighteen) Executive Committee membership posts. (Enclosed
here). Dr. B.J. Chauhan Senior EC Member, IIM Baroda Chapter will serve as the Returning
Officer.
2. Keeping in view the overall interest of the Chapter. Those active members, among 18 selected
EC members, who have been closely associated in the day-to-day functioning, who have made
valuable contributions, who are serious and ready to devote time and able to generate resources
and help moving in the right direction, would be selected for office bearer positions by
outgoing Executive Committee. Since it is shouldering the responsibility and sharing the burden.
3. The outgoing Executive Committee would like to suggest that only those members who would
be able to involve fully and contribute to the activities of IIM should file the nomination. Among
the 18 newly elected members the New Executive Committee will be constituted by the
outgoing Committee and announced at the AGM.
4. Only those members who have paid their membership subscription upto the year 2023-24 are
eligible to contest.
5. Write your membership number on the nomination form.
6. All members are requested to forward the nominations as scan copy addressed to the Returning

7. The last date for receipt of nomination form is latest by 15th September 2023 before 5:00 PM.
8. Nomination can be withdrawn before 4:00 PM on 16th September 2023.
