Chapter held on Sunday, 6th November 2022 at 10:30 AM at Vadodara conference by Hon. Secretary
and its approval
2. Consideration of the 47th Annual Report of IIM Baroda Chapter (2022-2023) by Hon.
Secretary and its approval
3. Presentation of the statement of accounts for 2022-2023 of IIM Baroda Chapter by
Hon. Treasurer and its approval
4. Appointment of Auditors for the year 2023-24 and fix their remuneration.
5. Approval of office bearers and members of the Executive Committee for the year 2023-
2024
6. Plans of activities proposed for the year 2023-24 by Chairman
7. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
