students to Get Jobs in the face of COVID 19 on 19th May 2020. Dr Sunil Kahar , chairman IIM) Baroda chapter & Yuva Kaushal Bharat Foundation (YKBF) has brief about activates of IIM Baroda Chapter & YKBF. Dr. Kahar said, usually, graduate students look for jobs at the same time, companies also want good employees. But, the hardships faced by the industry during and after the covid -19 can change many equations of the job world. Because, companies going to face various difficulties for business and growth and hence they want only a result-oriented & experienced candidate for the job. So there are a lot of questions about the possibilities of an inexperienced college graduate to get a job in the face of COVID 19.
Mr. Pankaj Dudhaiya Founder and CEO of 51K Growth Hub has delivered the talk on Challenges and Strategies for students to Get Jobs in the face of COVID 19. Mr Pankaj said, three things that job seeker should look for (i) research on the challenges facing the industry, (ii)the challenges the company expects from itsemployees, and (iii) research on a global scale. Most importantly, the emphasis has to give on how to prepare for the best workforce with these three issues in mind. It was stated in the webinar that if every student develops himself professionally during his college studies, then the foundation of a bright career can be laid from the very beginning and at the same time.
